Abstract
This thesis about the practical applications of peer-learning mode in business negotiation education is based on the author’s practical experience in China and South Korea. By using various research methods such as survey, semi-structured interviews and self-designed MOOC practice, the thesis aims to provide evidence on how peer learning method can benefit business negotiation class and offer practical advice on how business negotiation education can be improved in order to reach its pedagogical values.
