摘要：在经济的全球化不断加深的背景下，英语的重要性和地位日益突出。许多国家包括中国在基础教育发展阶段中，都将英语教育摆在突出的地位。但是在传统的小学英语教学, 我国普遍情况是过分强调以教师主导甚至支配作用, 忽略学生的主体作用和能动性，学生的英语学科核心素养普遍不高。因此，在新一轮基础教育课程改革的浪潮中，人本主义理念的支撑下，我国的小学英语教育必须以关注学生成长为先导,以学生为主体,以促进学生全面发展为目标。为提高人本主义理念与小学英语教学设计的整合度以及二者之间的协调性,小学英语的教学设计应全面贯彻人本主义原则，从而提高学生的思维品质，语言能力，文化品格和学习能力。

本文共分四个部分。第一部分是绪论,主要是小学英语教学设计的研究背景和意义。第二部分是文献综述,是关于相关理论的介绍。并且结合新一轮课程标准说明对小学生英语素养方面的要求。第三部分在基于当今小学英语教学设计中存在的问题阐述了贯彻人本主义理念的小学英语教学设计的重要性，原则和策略。并且结合具体的教学案例,从目标制定、学情分析、内容设计、教学方法设计和评价运用六个方面对于小学英语教学设计的全过程作了细致阐述。第四部分是结论，介绍该研究因为主观和客观等原因而存在一些不足以及针对这些不足而对未来研究所提出的一些建议。
