摘要:在小学教育中,随着教育理念的不断革新,小学生英语教育已在根据小学生的心理特征设计课堂教学活动。为了使英语教学符合小学生的好奇心和模仿能力强的心理特点,提升学生英语学习积极性、促进学生全面发展,让学生在轻松氛围教学中提升自身语言能力,英语教师通常会采用游戏,合作等多种教学活动方式。但是,通过一线课堂的观察,调查问卷,访谈,发现教学现状并不让人满意。因为小学生的认知、情感、学习心理的特点,加之教师的管理能力有限,教学能力有待提高。所以基于小学生心理特点设计的英语课堂活动也存在十分明显的问题,表现在小学英语课堂纪律混乱,缺乏控制性;评价缺乏有效性,激励作用低等问题阻碍小学英语教学正常开展与实施。

本研究拟根据小学生的心理特点,在英语课堂里加入随堂测试,积分制度,奖励惩罚,有效反馈等教学设计以期更好的管理班级纪律,维护班级秩序,促进英语教学顺利开展,并有助于进一步提升小学英语教学的效果和作用。
