摘要：随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和交通技术的进步，世界各国之间的交往日益频繁，口译的需求量也在不断增长。口译，从根本上来说是一种语言交际活动，而且是不同文化之间的沟通与交流。国内外学者对跨文化交际意识和能力在口译中的作用也进行了大量的研究。因此，口译学习中除努力锻造自己语言能力，还必须重视提升文化意识和跨文化交际的能力。

本研究通过问卷调查的方法，对 40 位英语专业且学习了一学期口译课程的学生进行了跨文化相关的句子口译的调研。结果发现：第一，在控制组 A 组中，口译平均正确率为 63.75%，平均错误率为 36.25%。在错误率中，特定词的平均错误率为 28.75%，其他错误的平均错误率为 7.5%；第二，在对照组 B 组中，口译平均正确率为 26.25%，平均错误率为 73.75%。在错误率方面，特定词的平均错误率为 65%，其他错误的平均错误率为 8.75%。本研究进一步分析了问题存在的原因主要是学习者对源语言的跨文化背景知识的掌握薄弱；对基础口译基础知识的掌握程度差；翻译口译实践不足。因此建议学习者拓展源语言的文化背景、加强口译知识的基础知识学习、加强口译实践。
