中文摘要：本篇文章主要研究的是中学教学中的长句翻译策略，翻译在中学教学的地位和作用是很突出的，翻译是日常与人交流中必不可少的一部分。翻译又分为英译汉和汉译英两个部分，教学中这两个部分均不可省略。英译汉对于中学生来说是相对简单的，毕竟大家对汉语的熟悉和运用程度都能掌控得很好，所以在英译汉时学生只要对句子结构把握准确，单词都熟悉即可翻译得当。但是在面对汉译英时往往对于中学生来说就是困难的，本篇文章中对中学生的汉译英的水平提出要求，并且尤其对英语长句的翻译策略做出具体分析，包括给中学生提供了一些行之有效的翻译方法和技巧。同时抓住中学生现阶段的翻译现状，对中学生举出具体的翻译例子，从理论到实践上帮助中学生更好地进行长句翻译。
