Abstract
 
Poetry is a kind of style which takes emotion as gene and highly unifies ideology and artistry. Ancient Chinese poetry is a kind of language with a customized style and rhythm. It expresses thoughts and feelings by shaping images. It is the earliest literary form out of China. Therefore, the study of its English translation has been concerned by scholars for many years. The purpose of this study is to analyze the artistic conception of Wang Wei's The Deep Enclosure, The Dale of Singing Birds and Autumn Evening in the Mountains from the perspective of the translation principle of "Three Beauties" of Mr. Xu Yuanchong, the first translator of Chinese poetry into English, and to explore the artistic conception transmission and embodiment in the translation of Chinese ancient poetry.
