摘 要
坡垒(坡垒属)作为海南岛霸王岭自然保护区热带雨林中最具有代表性的野生极小种群植物树种之一,国家Ⅰ级濒危保护植物,对其进行生殖生物学方面的相关性研究是十分有必要的。本文在对坡垒各个时期的雌蕊和果实进行石蜡制片,通过观察并了解其基本结构,得出几点重要结论:(1)坡垒的子房壁在花苞期至花落期整个花期中细胞壁不断增厚,但子房壁的细胞层数未见有较大的变化,具丰富的油腺;(2)坡垒的果实是坚果,具两枚由花萼裂片增大延长分化而来的果翅,果翅与果实的发展具有一定的相关性,其增长或缩小与果实大小的变化是基本一致的。坡垒的种子是典型的异常性种子,含水量较高,对低温和干燥敏感,因此坡垒种子的储存存在一定的困难。在实验操作中能够发现坡垒果实的果皮十分坚硬,种子的体积大,难以完成石蜡制片进行进一步的生物学观察。
